Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field, where you will gain valuable experience in transportation management and systems operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) software to streamline logistics and transportation processes. Participate in data collection and analysis to support the optimization of transportation operations and decision-making. Support the configuration of OTM modules, including Order Management, Shipment Management, and Reporting, under the guidance of senior analysts. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions related to the OTM application and its integrations. Document processes and procedures for OTM operations, ensuring clarity and accessibility for the team. Engage in training sessions and workshops to further develop your knowledge of transportation management systems and industry best practices. Contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing input and insights to improve overall project outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required:

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 0 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related areas; internships or academic projects are welcomed. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Familiarity with transportation and logistics concepts is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a readiness to learn new software tools. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Basic understanding of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) or other transportation management systems. Interest in pursuing a career in supply chain management or logistics technology.
