Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues of users encounter.

Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.

Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.

Create and verify backups of data regularly.

Respond to and resolve help desk requests (Ticketing System).

Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.

Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes

Review application logs.

Install and test computer-related equipment.

Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing and new Microsoft Windows server operating systems.

Responsible for integration of user workstations, including MAC workstations with Microsoft Windows server operating systems and Active Directory.

Requirements:

Graduation or pursuing technical degree

Basic knowledge of SQL

Proficient in technology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
