Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.
Conduct regular security audits and assessments.
Install, configure, and support desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other peripherals.
Provide support for operating systems and application software.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
Manage and support mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
Ensure devices are secure and properly configured for use within the company network.
Provide first-level support for IT-related issues and requests.
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
Document and track issues and resolutions in the help desk system
