The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for onboarding healthcare product manufacturers onto the MedWorld Expo platform. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting potential manufacturers into Free Plan subscribers, while ensuring effective communication of the platform's value proposition and features. The candidate will act as a key bridge between MedWorld Expo's digital platform capabilities and the business needs of manufacturers.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to generate leads and onboard new manufacturers.
Present MedWorld Expo's platform and Free Plan features through demos, explaining benefits and ROI to manufacturers.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and update daily activity in the trackers.
Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets through structured sales processes.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and updates.
Provide timely feedback from manufacturers to the management team for continuous improvement.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience by coordinating with operations and tech support teams.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, Healthcare, or Digital Platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand digital platforms and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of manufacturer enrolments per week and per month
Lead-to-customer turnaround time.
Maintaining data accuracy and follow-up consistency.
Retention and satisfaction rate of onboarded manufacturers.
