Job Title: IT Inside Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Inside Sales Executive with 2-4 years of proven experience in B2B technology sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing qualified opportunities through consultative selling approaches. This role demands a strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services along with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT requirements and propose relevant software, hardware, or cloud-based solutions.
Manage the entire inside sales cycle -- from lead qualification and product demonstration to proposal submission and closure.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and ensure high conversion rates.
Update and maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce).
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
Ensure excellent customer experience through timely communication and post-sales follow-ups.
