Job Description

:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business by identifying prospective sales opportunities. You will work closely with our internal Technical team & with potential clients, understanding their needs and how our IT services can meet those needs. This role is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients via telephone and email to analyze their needs and recommend appropriate IT services. Work closely with Ssquad internal Technical heads & management team to understannd our products & service. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and actively follow up to close sales. Conduct market research to identify new leads and understand industry trends. Present, promote, and sell IT services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Record all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in the CRM system. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in IT services.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 1 -2years experience in inside sales/ Fresh graduates with excellent English communciation skills are welcome to apply, training will be provided from our oversees training partners. Strong desire to learn along with professional drive. Solid understanding of different sales techniques and pipeline management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
