We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Inside Sales Executive
to join our ERP software team. The ideal candidate should be confident, good at communication, and able to convert leads into successful product demonstrations and sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain ERP software features, pricing, and benefits in a clear and convincing manner.
Schedule product demos and follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable product modules.
Maintain lead records in CRM and update follow-ups regularly.
Achieve monthly targets for demos, conversions, and revenue.
Coordinate with the sales & support teams for smooth onboarding of clients.
Build long-term relationships with customers for renewals and referrals.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong understanding of software/IT products (ERP knowledge is a plus).
Ability to learn product features quickly.
Good command over Hindi & English (regional languages are a bonus).
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
