Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues (phone/email/in-person).
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
Windows, Mac, and Linux
systems.
Manage
Active Directory
user accounts, access controls, and password resets.
Handle software installations, updates, and license compliance.
Use
Zoho/ManageEngine
for remote support, patch management, and device controls.
Support basic network troubleshooting (switches, routers, firewall rules).
Work with
Microsoft Mail Server
and related tools.
Implement
BitLocker encryption
and follow IT security policies.
Maintain documentation and collaborate with teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills
2-4 years in IT Support / System Administration.
Strong OS knowledge (Windows, Mac, Linux).
Basic network understanding (Switch/Router/Firewall).
Experience in AD, patching, encryption, and helpdesk tools.
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
