IT Infrastructure Support - 5+ Years - Gurgaon
We are seeking an experienced L2 Support - IT Infrastructure professional to manage and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and security operations. The role involves hands-on administration of Microsoft technologies, VMware virtualization, storage systems, and modern endpoint management to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Location - India (Shift-based support aligned with US & Canada time zones, if required)

Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and maintain VMware environments and Windows Server infrastructure.

• Administer SAN/NAS storage systems, ensuring data integrity, availability, and replication.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security; perform regular maintenance and patching.
• Manage cloud and endpoint solutions including Cloud MDM, Windows Autopilot, and Windows 365.
• Implement and test backup, disaster recovery, and automated patch management strategies.

Requirements: * Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization and Windows Server administration.

• Proven expertise in SAN/NAS storage management and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with Cloud MDM, Windows Autopilot, and Windows 365 environments.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, patch management, and ITIL-based support processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
