Essential Job Functions:

• Support the team responsible for delivering GxP services in a private cloud environment with several tasks.
• Work on all incoming mails with regards to GxP training certificates, questions around trainings, provide guidance to internal stakeholders, etc.
• Check the pending qualification plans and in case of long pending ones approach the actor for a follow up.
• Check and maintain the qualification plans in the repository, confirm the status to the users, and document this accordingly.
• Archive outdated plans, and keep the list of current trained personal up to date.
• Responsible for weekly GxP Training Status reporting.
• Follow up on training completion.
• All of these tasks will help to ensure audit compliance of the GxP service.
