Decoding IT Solution is looking for a skilled and motivated
IT Infrastructure & O365 Administrator
to manage, implement, and support our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft O365, infrastructure implementation, security, and networking, along with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support
Microsoft O365 services
, including
Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive
, and related applications.
Handle
day-to-day IT operations
, user support, and system administration tasks.
Plan and execute
new IT infrastructure implementations
as per company requirements.
Administer and maintain
Domain Servers (Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP)
with future scalability in mind.
Implement and manage
IT security measures
, policies, and best practices.
Design, configure, and support
network infrastructure
(LAN, WAN, firewalls, switches, routers).
Learn and implement
new technologies
as required by the organization.
Troubleshoot system, network, and security issues efficiently.
Provide regular updates and
report directly to management
.
Take ownership of tasks and handle
new challenges proactively
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
