Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the infrastructure sector. Identify and acquire new clients, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and expand the company's market presence. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Proven experience (8+ years) in infrastructure sales, business development, or key account management. Strong understanding of infrastructure projects, construction, or real estate sectors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
