Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (8+ years) in infrastructure sales, business development, or key account management.
Strong understanding of infrastructure projects, construction, or real estate sectors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred.
