MOBILE 2000 is a fast-growing retail and technology company operating nationwide across kuwait and GCC countries . We're building the foundation of our next-generation IT environment -- and we're looking for a skilled

IT Infrastructure Lead

to take charge of our systems, networks, and data center.

What You'll Do:

Lead the full setup of our new headquarters' IT infrastructure (network, cabling, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls). Design and implement LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN solutions for our new facility. Manage our

VMware-based data center

, hosting mission-critical applications (C#/.NET + SQL). Configure and secure

Cisco, Fortinet, and Sophos

firewalls. Oversee

PBX and CCTV

systems across offices and stores. Supervise the IT team (system admins, developer) and drive technology improvements. Configure and maintain Cisco, Fortinet, and Sophos firewalls. Administer VMware ESXi servers and Windows Server 2022 environments. Manage SQL Server databases for internal applications. Maintain backups, monitoring, and disaster-recovery readiness.

What We're Looking For:

6 + years of experience in IT infrastructure/system administration. Strong hands-on knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, SQL Server, and network configuration. Firewall management (Cisco/Fortinet/Sophos). Leadership and project-management experience (office relocation or network deployment preferred). Certifications such as

CCNP, NSE, VCP, MCSA, or ITIL

are a plus.
