Job Description

: Work with end users to identify and deliver required PC service levels. \xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with, and provide training and support to, end users and staff on computer operation and other issues. \xef\x82\xb7 Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products. \xef\x82\xb7 Where required, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation software and networking software products . \xef\x82\xb7 Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for a variety of end users, and recommend and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed. \xef\x82\xb7 Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problems. \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipmen t. \xef\x82\xb7 Monitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports. \xef\x82\xb7 Construct, install, and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems. \xef\x82\xb7 If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendor. Skills:

• Familiarity with physical, network, and software security
• Installing firewalls and routers
• Data encryption
• Risk mitigation strategy and threat analysis
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards like PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and CCPA
• Ethical hacking and penetration testing

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 910,000.00 - 915,000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Schedule:
