We are seeking a skilled and driven Infrastructure Delivery Specialist with a strong background in Network technologies to join our Infrastructure Delivery team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of infrastructure projects across LAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, and related Network domains. The specialist will coordinate closely with PMO, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Our Team

The Koch Infrastructure Delivery team provides reliable, flexible, and secure connectivity solutions that enable business solutions and perpetual transformation. We manage network and network security infrastructure, including wide area networking, local area networking, wireless, firewalls, datacenter networking, load balancing, endpoint security, and proxies. We provide enterprise infrastructure monitoring for IT components across the enterprise. We are currently focused on the following transformation strategies: talent, proactive management, process optimization and automation, security by design, and adopting a product focused organization.

What You Will Do

1. Project Execution & Delivery

Execute infrastructure projects related to Network (LAN/SD-WAN/Wireless) technologies from planning through implementation. Work in alignment with the PMO team to ensure timelines, scopes, and budgets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compute, Security, and Endpoints for integrated delivery.

2. Technical Oversight & Implementation

Ensure correct design and configuration of network components as per project requirements. Validate network infrastructure handoff to Operations, including documentation and knowledge transfer. Troubleshoot issues during implementation and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams.

3. Process & Governance

Follow Infrastructure Delivery framework and project documentation standards. Ensure all relevant configuration items (CIs) are accurately updated in the CMDB. Adhere to change management and governance practices, including peer reviews and proper change records in ServiceNow.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

Serve as the delivery point of contact for PMs, architects, and operational stakeholders. Participate in project planning discussions and readiness assessments. Collaborate during project handoff to ensure seamless transition to Operations teams.

5. Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps in current delivery or documentation processes and recommend improvements. Contribute to the creation of standard documentation templates, KB articles, or checklists

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Hands on experience in Network Infrastructure delivery roles (LAN, SD-WAN, Wireless appliances). Hands-on experience in technologies like SD-WAN(Viptela), Meraki, ISE, Cisco Catalyst switches. Strong understanding of ITIL processes, especially Change Management and CMDB practices. Familiarity with project coordination in a cross-functional delivery environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. What Will Put You Ahead

Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP). Prior experience in working with infrastructure delivery teams supporting enterprise or manufacturing sites.
