Job Description

Provide Level 2 support for network infrastructure, including switches, routers,
firewalls, and other networking equipment.

? Diagnose and resolve complex network issues while ensuring minimal disruption to

services.

? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that

meet business requirements.

? Monitor network performance and capacity, making recommendations for upgrades

and improvements.

? Develop and maintain documentation related to network configurations, changes, and

procedures.

? Implement and enforce best practices for network security and data protection.

? Stay

current with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly in the financial

services sector.

? Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.

? Conduct technical training and mentoring for junior staff members.

? Ensure compliance with information security, IT policies, and conduct audits (System,

Cyber Security).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
