Job Summary :

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Maintains information technology strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Manages IT Team.
• Researches and implements technological strategic solutions.
• Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
• Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
• Completes IT projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
• Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented.
• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
• Identifies problems.
• Should be able and coordinate with Teams for various documents during the Audit.
• Having excellence knowledge in hand ware of networking.
• Must have knowledge in DNS, DHCP, AD and firewall.
• Email server handling.
• SQL server knowledge.
• Surveillance system knowledge.
• EPABX knowledge.
• Maintenance of printers and network.
• HRMS Software knowledge.
• Monitor collaboration.
• Troubleshooting knowledge in al IT related problems and software.
• Windows server and windows OS troubleshooting with configure and installation.
• Having ISO - 27001 knowledge is preferable.

Skills Competencies :

• Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data center management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• Ability to manage personnel
