Manage

B. Network, Security & Compliance

Manage

LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPNs

Ensure

IT security

, data protection, access controls, and backups Handle

IT audits

, SOPs, documentation, and compliance (important for pharma) Implement

cybersecurity best practices

C. Cloud, Backup & Disaster Recovery

Oversee

cloud infrastructure

(if applicable) Ensure

backup, DR, and business continuity plans

Regular testing of backups and DR readiness
D. Vendor & Asset Management

Coordinate with

IT vendors, OEMs, ISPs, and service providers

Manage

IT procurement

, AMC contracts, licenses, and renewals Control

IT assets

(hardware & software)
E. Team & Stakeholder Management

Lead

internal IT team / support engineers

Work closely with

business users, plant teams, and management

Resolve escalated IT issues and improve service quality
F. IT Policy, Documentation & Process

Create and maintain

IT policies, SOPs, and documentation

Ensure adherence to

company and regulatory standards

Improve IT processes, automation, and cost efficiency
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:

IT Infrastructure: 10 years (Required)
