Job Title: IT Infra Architect : Responsibilities/Duties: (in brief)
\xef\x82\xa7 Build secure solutions, writing requirements, testing and delivery. This includes working
\xef\x82\xa7 across both new and legacy systems, across a mixture of client and internal technical
\xef\x82\xa7 projects to support the wider business with their everyday functions
\xef\x82\xa7 Help maintain the quality system for the solution development processes, standard
\xef\x82\xa7 operating procedures and governance frameworks
\xef\x82\xa7 Delivery responsibility for systems and technology infrastructure utilised by Webhelp, the
\xef\x82\xa7 delivery of all system related KPI\xe2\x80\x99s (uptime/fix time/etc)
\xef\x82\xa7 Deliver cost and infrastructure architecture to agreed objectives and to meet cost and quality
\xef\x82\xa7 outcomes
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and support Webhelp systems architecture and infrastructure, engaging with the
operational teams and build action plans to deliver exceptional service.
\xef\x82\xa7 Maximise Client, Third Party and Supplier satisfaction through outstanding delivery
\xef\x82\xa7 Ensure compliance with agreed policies and processes, constantly ensuring alignment with
both Client and Webhelp business objectives
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop and supportWebhelp systems architecture and infrastructure, engaging with the
operational teams and build action plans to deliver exceptional service. Education and Work Experience Requirements:
\xef\x82\xa7 10 years (+) experience in IT with much of it in infrastructure design and delivery
\xef\x82\xa7 Extensive knowledge of networks, telephony, security, domain, EUC, and application services.
Demonstrable knowledge in architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, with associated supporting
qualifications preferred
\xef\x82\xa7 Knowledge of designing and deploying solutions to operate within financial services, or other
regulated entities very desirable
