The ideal candidate will oversee the entire IT infrastructure, including high-end server management, network security, enterprise printing solutions, and software compliance. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% uptime and aligning IT operations with corporate audit standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Server & Infrastructure Administration:
Implement and monitor robust
Data Backup
and
Disaster Recovery (DR)
plans to ensure business continuity.
2. Hardware & Systems Management:
Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of all Laptops, Desktops, and Workstations.
Manage
CCTV surveillance, Biometric access control,
and UPS systems across the office/factory.
Maintain an accurate
IT Asset Register
(Inventory) for audit purposes.
3. Enterprise Printing & Peripherals:
Manage high-volume network printers and Multi-Function Devices (MFDs).
Coordinate with vendors for
Managed Print Services (MPS)
and ensure timely replacement of consumables (toners/drums).
Troubleshoot complex printing connectivity issues within a networked environment.
4. Networking & Security (Compliance Focus):
Manage LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity across multiple branches or departments.
Administer
Hardware Firewalls
(e.g., Sophos, Fortigate, SonicWall) and Endpoint Security (Antivirus).
Ensure the company adheres to
Software Licensing Compliance
to meet Public Limited legal standards.
Support internal and external
IT Audits
by providing necessary documentation and logs.
5. ERP & Software Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for
NwayERP
infrastructure support.
Ensure all productivity software (MS Office 365, Tally, etc.) is properly patched and updated.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT, MCA, or a related degree.
Experience:
5-8 years of experience.
Certifications:
MCSA/MCSE (Server), CCNA (Network), or ITIL certifications are highly preferred.
Expertise:
Deep knowledge of Server roles, Networking protocols, and Hardware troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, vendor management, and the ability to work under pressure during system downtimes.
