Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or in person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripheral devices. Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows/Mac OS, and commonly used business applications. Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation. Help It systems running smoothly Monitor systems and report outages, performance issues, or security concerns. Ensure all support requests are logged and updated in the ticketing system.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Good communication ( verbal & written ) Basic knowledge of programming ( Java , C++, Python,etc) Understanding of Data bases like ( SQL) Ability to troubleshoot IT issues.
