Summary


Manage Transport IT products implementation and support. Support the business team with product evaluation for new business. Periodic heath check of usage of all the products.


Responsibilities

• Supports the deployment of strategic IT Product.
• Supports the consolidation of local IT applications in line with the global strategy.
• Build strong working relationships with the Country Management teams.
• Build working relationships with the Regional and Global Product Management teams.
• Contribution to improving the country business unit P&L through effective usage of IT services and solutions.
• Management and support of local applications and solutions throughout their life cycle.
• Manage deployment / implementation of regional TMS products and their support.
• Monitor application performance.
• Budget management \xe2\x80\x93 Applications and Development.
• Support Business development team for RFQ/RFPs and new business initiatives/wins.
• Builds strong relationships with key customer contacts \xe2\x80\x93 IT and business.
• Create strong relationships with the regional / global Product Management community to ensure maximum advantage of resources / solutions to support local requirements
• Documentation of application implementation processes in accordance with standards set
• Translation of business requirements into application configuration.
• Configuration and implementation of applications (TMS).
• Completing unit, systems, and integration testing.
• Training to Super Users.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with Application Implementation Team.
• Communication \xe2\x80\x93 contribute to the effective communication structure in place i.e. weekly / monthly team meetings.
• Coach / Mentor team members within the Country IT team in application implementation skills.
• Coach /Support business based super user community.

• Minimum 5-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within IT Domain
• Minimum 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in product management \xe2\x80\x93 TMS
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience of Reporting & BI tools (Jasper, PowerBI, Tableu)
• University bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a business discipline or relevant education and work experience preferably in Forwarding /Logistic sector
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
