Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for positions across India.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate pipelines.
Negotiate salaries and close offers within defined timelines.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
US IT Recruitment:
Source and screen candidates for US-based IT positions (W2, C2C, 1099).
Understand tax terms, work authorizations (US Citizen, GC, H1B, etc.), and time zone management.
Coordinate interviews with US clients and hiring teams.
Maintain communication with consultants and vendors.
Handle onboarding and documentation for placed candidates.
