Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end IT recruitment

lifecycle Source candidates using

job portals

,

LinkedIn

,

social media

, and

internal databases

Conduct

technical interviews

,

HR screening

, and

candidate assessments

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements Maintain and update

recruitment dashboards

and

candidate pipelines

Ensure timely

offer rollouts

,

joining formalities

, and

onboarding

? Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in

IT recruitment / technical hiring

Strong knowledge of

ATS systems

,

Boolean search

, and

job board optimization

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
