Handle walk-in inquiries and explain available training programs.
Maintain leads database and track conversions.
Manage end-to-end hiring for trainers, coordinators, counselors, interns, and office staff.
Create and post job descriptions on job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule technical rounds with trainers/management.
Maintain candidate database and manage timely follow-ups.
Coordinate trainer/instructor hiring and onboarding.
HR Coordination Responsibilities
Handle onboarding formalities -- documentation, ID creation, induction scheduling.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and daily HR reports.
Support HR operations including offer letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.
Assist in organizing training sessions, meetings, and company events.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and support HR policies.
Prepare HR reports, EOD updates, and maintain HR files & records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, IT, or related field.
0-2 years of experience in
HR / Recruitment
(Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Basic understanding of
IT roles and technologies
is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and email drafting.
Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently.
Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
