Assist in the recruitment process - posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and attendance.
Support onboarding and induction for new employees.
Coordinate with management for HR-related policies and documentation.
Handle employee engagement and basic performance tracking.
Admin Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations.
Maintain office supplies and handle vendor coordination.
Support management in organizing meetings and company events.
Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of HR and admin functions.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any field (HR or Management background preferred).
