Role & Responsibilities :
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for IT/technical positions.
Support client acquisition and staffing assignments.
Maintain and update candidate databases.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Build and nurture client and candidate relationships.
Work closely with the team on HR and staffing initiatives.
