We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
IT Helper
to support daily technical operations and assist the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and network systems. This role is ideal for someone starting their IT career and eager to learn hands-on troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide basic technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Assist in installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware and software.
Troubleshoot common issues related to OS, applications, email, internet connectivity, and peripherals.
Support the IT team in maintaining network devices, cabling, and system cleanliness.
Help with user account setup, password resets, and access issues (Windows, Office 365, etc.).
Track, label, and manage IT inventory (machines, accessories, components).
Document issues, solutions, and update logs for IT service tickets.
Assist during system upgrades, rollouts, and office IT setups.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of computers, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and common applications.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot simple technical issues.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and handle tasks independently.
0-1 year of experience in IT support (freshers welcome).
