Job Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented IT Helpdesk Support Intern professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop tools. Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues remotely. Install, configure, and maintain basic computer systems and applications through remote management tools. Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365. Basic knowledge of servers, networks, and security systems. Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).


Technical Skills:



Knowledge of Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems. Basic knowledge of Office 365 administration and cloud computing. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Ability to use remote support tools effectively.
