We are hiring IT Helpdesk Interns who are passionate about starting their career in IT support. This is a

3-month internship

, and based on performance, candidates will be

directly converted to full-time IT Helpdesk Executive roles

. A

monthly stipend

will be provided during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

Assist employees with basic IT support via phone, email, or in person. Troubleshoot entry-level hardware, software, and networking issues. Support installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows OS, MS Office, and internal tools. Help with user account management, password resets, and access permissions. Log all issues in the ticketing or support tracking system. Assist senior IT staff in system updates, patch installations, and routine maintenance. Escalate unresolved issues to the IT support lead.

Requirements

Any degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields. Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and OS. Knowledge of remote support tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk) is a plus. Strong willingness to learn IT support processes. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
