Join our dynamic team as an IT Helpdesk Executive, providing technical support for our US customers. You will address queries related to system software, peripherals, email configurations, and networking issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to MS Office, Outlook, printers, smart speakers, and more.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach with timely resolutions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks.
- Experience with smart devices and peripherals is preferred.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Salary:
A salary increase of 10-15% on current CTC (negotiable).
