We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Executive to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install and configure desktops, printers, and IT equipment.
Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and enterprise applications.
Manage user accounts and access rights in Active Directory.
Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Assist with software deployment, patch updates, and IT inventory.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of IT support/helpdesk experience.
Knowledge of Windows & Mac OS.
Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
