Provide first-line technical support to internal users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware (desktops, laptops, printers), software (Windows, Office 365, etc.), and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
Manage and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
Maintain and update IT asset inventory.
Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
Provide remote support to off-site employees as needed.
