Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Systems Administrator to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our entire IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem-solver, responsible for maintaining our hardware, software, and network systems, providing exceptional technical support, and implementing IT best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Infrastructure Management & Maintenance:



Manage, maintain, and support all corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, hardware, and software applications. Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of the local area network (LAN), including the management of the physical cabling infrastructure. Install, configure, and troubleshoot intercom systems and other integrated communication technologies.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:



Serve as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide comprehensive technical support and training to staff on core productivity platforms, specifically the Microsoft 365 Suite and Google Workspace.

Security & Data Integrity:



Implement and enforce robust data security measures to protect against unauthorized access and data loss. Uphold data management best practices to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of all corporate data. Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Strategic Collaboration & Improvement:



Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and ensure the seamless integration of IT systems with business operations. Proactively research and evaluate emerging technologies and make strategic recommendations for IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience in an IT administration or similar role. Strong knowledge of network administration, including LAN, TCP/IP, and cabling infrastructure. Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments. Hands-on experience with hardware setup, maintenance, and repair (desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals). Solid understanding of data security principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:



Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Google Cloud Certified). Experience with intercom systems, VoIP phones, or other unified communications systems. Knowledge of industry compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
