Technical Skills and Experience:



3-5yrs relevant experience In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, networking hardware, and operating systems. Strong expertise in Active Directory (AD), including user management, group policies, and permissions. Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Azure Active Directory policies. Hands-on experience with Windows Servers and networking devices (Switches & Firewalls). Strong background in patch management and endpoint security hardening. Proficient in LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN configuration and troubleshooting. Ability to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network printers. Skilled in device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Kandji. Install, configure, and maintain antivirus solutions, including patch updates for Windows & Mac systems. Basic and Advanced working knowledge of Linux commands and system operations. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. Strong Skill with security products such as Microsoft Defender, DLP, MDM, and EDR solutions. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and frameworks. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring proper access provisioning and de-provisioning. Strong ability to analyze complex problems, visualize solutions, and implement fixes. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and end users. Provide L2 & L3 escalation support for critical technical issues. Support video conferencing platforms and manage large-scale online meetings. Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Perform proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of systems and services. Ability to work with Microsoft Azure or AWS cloud platforms (Certification Preferred for Any Cloud Technologies) Support the continuous improvement of IT operations and adoption of new technologies. Proficiency in at least one of the scripting Languages - Powershell or Python or Bash
