About the role
The Helpdesk Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to users through Telegram, WhatsApp, and other digital support channels. The role includes resolving user queries, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and escalating complex cases when needed. This is a remote role suited for candidates with 1-3 years of helpdesk or technical support experience who can deliver quick and professional assistance.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance via Telegram, WhatsApp, and other online support channels.
Respond to user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide quick resolutions.
Maintain logs of issues and escalate unresolved tickets to senior engineers.
Assist in onboarding users and providing basic IT guidance.
Ensure professional communication and timely responses.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support.
Familiarity with messaging-based support (Telegram/WhatsApp).
Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting (login issues, connectivity, user access).
