Job Overview-
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our IT Helpdesk team. The role involves providing Tier-1 technical support and assisting customers through chat, email, and phone in a 24/7 support environment.

Key Responsibilities--
Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets
Provide Tier-1 technical support to customers/clients
Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone
Follow up with customers to ensure complete ticket resolution
Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when required
Required Skills-
Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal - Mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (Windows, email, internet, MS Office)
Good problem-solving and listening skills
Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism
Basic typing and multitasking skills
Educational Background-
Any graduate can apply
Computer Science / IT background is desirable but not mandatory
Salary-
?10,000- 18,000 per month(based on Interview)
