We are seeking a proactive Helpdesk Administrator to provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users across our Asia Pacific locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in IT support, hands-on exposure to Omnissa Horizon (formerly VMware Horizon), and the ability to follow documented processes and procedures while collaborating effectively within a geographically dispersed team. Clear and fluent English communication is essential for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests, providing timely and professional assistance.
Log, categorize, and resolve incidents and service requests using Freshservice.
Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and network issues.
Support Omnissa Horizon VDI environments, including basic configuration and user connectivity troubleshooting.
Follow established processes and procedures for incident handling, escalation, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Collaborate effectively with a dispersed team across multiple countries using remote communication tools.
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
Strong Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
Hands-on experience with Omnissa Horizon and Microsoft Azure environments.
Familiarity with Freshservice or comparable ITSM tools.
Ability to consistently adhere to established processes and procedures.
