Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to user inquiries and support requests through various channels.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
Provide support for common software applications and corporate tools.
Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
Assist in setting up new equipment, including installation and configuration.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Assist with IT projects and system updates as necessary.
Train and onboard new employees on IT systems and tools.

Education:

Certifications:
