Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive

IT Support Engineer

to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations within our office. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, including hardware, software, network, and power concerns. They will also support employees using essential business applications such as

Outlook, QuickBooks, Clockify, Razorpay, and other accounting software

.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

technical support

for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, and other office hardware. Troubleshoot

system failures, power issues, network connectivity problems, and software malfunctions

. Assist users with

email configuration, access issues, and synchronization

in Microsoft Outlook. Install, configure, and maintain software, updates, and security patches. Manage

user accounts, email setups, permissions, and access controls

. Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and network systems. Work with external vendors when necessary for complex IT issues. Document IT issues, troubleshooting steps, and asset management. Educate employees on

basic troubleshooting and best IT practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 to 3 years

of experience as an

IT Support Engineer / IT Technician / IT Helpdesk

. Strong understanding of

Windows OS, networking, and system configurations

. Knowledge of

hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT security best practices

. Familiarity with

remote support tools and IT ticketing systems

. Strong

problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

. Ability to work independently and assist non-technical users.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as

CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified (MCSA, MCSE), or similar

are a plus. Experience with

cloud services, basic scripting, or automation tools

is a bonus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
