Troubleshoot email issues related to outlook, inbuilt mail (windows, mac), other commercial emails such as Gmail, Yahoo etc. Issues such as password recovery, account setup, sync etc.6. Data backup and recovery7. Generating and reading user logs8. Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests9.
