Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in technical support, preferably involving Government or web-based applications.

Well-versed in handling common user issues such as OTP delivery failures, browser incompatibility, and online form submission errors.

Proficient in using remote desktop tools like AnyDesk for efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise, and professional email support.

Organized and detail-oriented, with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and thorough documentation of support interactions.

Foundational knowledge of networks, browsers, computer systems, and device-related issues that can impact portal performance.

Experience working with ticketing systems and CRM platforms for managing and tracking user support requests.

Proven background in IT support or helpdesk operations.

Immediate Joiner preferred.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
