Responsible for managing SLA compliance, IT infrastructure support, and efficient IT ticket management including ticket resolution. Coordinates and leads the IT help desk team to ensure smooth operations and timely support. Maintains accurate records and documentation while fostering effective communication between users and IT teams. Requires strong organizational and team management skills with a minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support environments.
