Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Head to lead our IT department at VGP Marine Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various IT domains, including server management, network administration, web development, and more.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance Manage server environments, network systems, and ensure data security Lead and coordinate IT projects, including web design and development initiatives Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems and POS systems Oversee LAN cabling and infrastructure setup Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide timely solutions Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and ensure the adoption of best practices
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role Extensive knowledge of server management, network administration, and web development Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, POS systems, LAN cabling, and troubleshooting Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills With 10 to 15 years experience
