Job Description

Responsibilities:

Hardware Procurement and management

a. Manage the IT department's budget, ensure adherence to the same with cost-effective solutions for technology needs.

b. Submit the intend to the purchase department and follow up for the same.

c. Ensure goods/hardware received are of optimal standards.

d. Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of IT equipment.

e. Asset warranty management and labelling

f. Ensure proper functioning and monitoring of the surveillance cameras

Asset Management

a. Maintain asset record (issuance, collection, installation)

b. Asset tagging

c. Scrap management of asset- submission to store

Software Procurement and management

a. Purchase, timely updating and record maintenance for licences.

b. Implement and maintain firewall systems to ensure the security of the company's network infrastructure.

c. Handle software installation, configure, upgrade, troubleshooting and licensing for all devices.

d. Firmware status and updating (security update/audit)

e. Upgradation of OS

Audit and compliance

a. Asset audits

b. IT/OT audit

c. Conducting periodically internal audits, resolving audit queries

Network Architecture and Internet Management

a. Design, procurement, monitoring and troubleshooting of network infrastructure.

b. Regularly monitoring and security assessment of firewall performance and ensure proper configuration to protect against cyber threats.

c. Monitor the performance of ILC lines, ensuring uninterrupted internet service for critical business functions.

d. Network upgradation and modification whenever required

Project Management

a. Identification of prospective innovation in IT hardware and software

b. Preparation of implementation roadmap

c. Ensure successful implementation of proposed project after managements approval.

d. Conduction periodic IT awareness program

MIS and reporting

a. Prepare and maintenance of MIS reports as per management requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
