Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and update IT courses based on industry trends
Research and introduce emerging technologies and new IT programs
Design course structure, syllabus, and training modules
Coordinate with trainers/faculty for course delivery
Ensure proper implementation of practical labs and technical infrastructure
Monitor course performance and improve training quality
Maintain and upgrade systems, networks, and software tools
Lead and manage the IT and academic team
Collaborate with management for academic and technical planning
Provide technical guidance to students and staff
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies
Knowledge in course development and curriculum planning
Leadership and team management skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
