Role Overview
The IT Head will be responsible for leading all IT and system-related functions. The role involves managing IT operations, ensuring system stability, driving automation, and enabling accurate and timely MIS across all locations. This position demands both strategic and hands-on leadership in building robust, scalable, and efficient IT processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT operations, from helpdesk support to overall system architecture.
Manage and mentor the IT team with clear performance goals and daily tracking.
Implement and maintain a
ticketing system
with defined SLAs for faster issue resolution.
Oversee and maintain
LIMS, CRM, billing, and sample tracking systems
to ensure accuracy, uptime, and security.
Manage
rate tagging, code mapping, and master data updates
to prevent revenue leakage.
Drive
automation projects
-- including alert systems, TAT dashboards, and error detection mechanisms.
Identify recurring issues and collaborate with developers to create long-term process improvement solutions.
Ensure
data safety and reliability
through regular backups, access control, and disaster recovery planning.
Generate and deliver
accurate MIS reports and dashboards
to management in a timely manner.
Evaluate, select, and manage
cost-effective technology vendors and tools
.
Collaborate with business and operations teams to translate process challenges into system-based solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of experience in
IT management, system development, and operations
.
Prior experience in
healthcare, diagnostics, pathology, or service-oriented setups
preferred.
Strong understanding of
LIMS/CRM systems, data management, and process automation
.
Good knowledge of
server management, networking, data backup, and information security
.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across departments and ensure smooth digital operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?1,080,000.00 per year
