Role Overview:

The IT Head will lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure with a strong focus on hardware, networks, and systems reliability. This role owns uptime, security, scalability, and day-to-day IT operations while aligning technology with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall IT infrastructure, hardware, and network operations Plan, procure, install, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, and structured cabling Ensure system uptime, performance, data backup, and disaster recovery Oversee hardware AMC, vendor management, and SLA compliance Implement IT security policies including access control and endpoint security Monitor asset lifecycle, inventory, and hardware upgrades Support ERP, email servers, and internal applications from an infrastructure standpoint Lead and mentor IT support and hardware engineers Prepare IT budgets, audits, and compliance documentation
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge:

Strong hands-on knowledge of computer hardware and server architecture Expertise in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic Linux Knowledge of virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V) Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security tools Experience in backup solutions and data recovery Ability to troubleshoot hardware failures and network issues quickly
Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent IT qualification 7-12 years of IT experience, with leadership exposure Certifications (preferred): CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA A+, Network+

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
