KAIRALITRAILS is a fast-growing travel-tech company building scalable systems to support our expanding operations. We are looking for a proactive and accountable
IT Head
who will take complete ownership of IT infrastructure, assets, vendors, and internal IT support while building structured IT processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities IT Asset Management
Maintain a complete inventory of laptops, accessories, networking devices, and other IT assets
Track invoices, warranties, AMC cycles, repairs, replacements, and upgrades
Manage the full asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement
Ensure secure device configuration, admin access control, and IT policies
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, telecom, and internet services
Manage ISPs, firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and network infrastructure
Handle vendor contracts, renewals, negotiations, and SLA management
Internal IT Support
Provide daily IT support to all teams and departments
Troubleshoot laptops, networks, tele calling systems, and connectivity issues
Ensure secure, reliable, and well-documented IT operations across offices
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3+ years of experience
in IT administration or IT operations
Strong hands-on experience with
firewalls, VPNs, ISPs, routers, and switches
Proven experience in IT asset management and documentation
Experience working with multiple vendors and service providers
Strong leadership, ownership, and accountability mindset
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
Good communication skills in
English and Malayalam
