Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Cloud technical
teams.

Oversee end-to-end service delivery, project execution, and client support. Conduct technical product trainings for internal teams and clients. Work closely with the sales team to support presales, solution designing, and proposal
preparation.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT Infra, Cloud, and Cyber Security
solutions.

Plan and execute IT strategy aligned with company goals. Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and on-site visits when required. Ensure delivery quality, timely resolutions, and a customer-first approach. Maintain documentation, project reports, SLAs, and compliance standards.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and continuously enhance the service

portfolio.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Storage, Virtualization). Deep knowledge of Cyber Security solutions (Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, SIEM,
MDM, Email Security).

Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365). Excellent team management and leadership capabilities. Strong communication, customer handling, and presentation skills. Ability to conduct technical trainings and product enablement sessions. Strong planning, execution, and coordination skills. Capability to work with sales teams for presales and client solutioning. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred). Industry certifications in Cloud, Cyber Security, or Infrastructure are an added
advantage.

Pay: ₹478,205.00 - ₹1,831,595.76 per year
